Computer System Analyst - ICT

Responsibilities:

Work closely with IT Service Center and Data Center team to maintain service delivery.
Manage and supervise Company LAN and WAN include IP Telephony System
Control and manage Internet and IT Infrastructure system security
Study and analysis network convergence
Perform infrastructure capacity planning
Study and adopt the proper technology to improve overall system performance
Work with other IT experts to address other IT technology (networking/hardware) needs

Requirements:

S1 degree in Information System/Technology or Electrical Engineering, with minimum GPA 2.75. S2 in related discipline is an advantage
3 - 7 years experience in computing analysis and computer networking include managing Data Center, preferably in Oil & Gas industry
Understand MS-Windows and UNIX/Linux Operating System
Understand TCP/IP protocol and addressing
Knowledge in Internetworking and Infrastructure system monitoring
Knowledge on Service Center and Data Center SLA management
Proactive and have "can do" and "strive for excellence" attitude.
Good interpersonal and communication skill and able to communicate well in English both written and spoken.

Community & External Relation Superintendent - Security & External

Responsibilities:

To conduct assessment of local potential : quantity, skill, distribution as basis to propose CD/CR program.
To create and promote sustainable resources based economic activities (both agriculture and non-agriculture), e.g. training, counseling.
To ensure that all CD/CR project meet quality and technical requirements.
To evaluate regularly CD/CR impact to company and community relationship.
To support operation in handling external/industrial issues.
To control expenditure of CD/CR projects not to exceed company approved budget.
To assist manager in analyze and provide training program for CD/CR personnel.

Requirements:

S1 from reputable university minimum GPA 2.75., social science majoring in economic/communication is an advantage.
To provide CD/CR sustainable program based on community needs assessment
To build/maintain positive relationship with stakeholders surrounding operation area.
Proactive and have "can do" and "strive for excellence" attitude.
Good interpersonal and communication skill and able to communicate well in English both written and spoken.

To develop MOU with coal mining company, plantation or other party and ensure its implementation by close coordination with security and operation team.
To conduct joint-patrol and communication network with operation to early notification of illegal occupation and immediate clearance.
Working with land matters authority to conduct re-boundary program and land certification as required.
To control expenditure of Claim and Land section within company approved budget.
To assist manager in analyze and provide training program for Claim and Land Section personnel.

Requirements:

S1 in social science majoring in law/communication is an advantage with minimum GPA 2.75
Has experience in community and government relation
To supervise land acquisition process running in timely manner, comply to regulation and cost effective
To manage claims & complaints, blockade and overlapping issue with minimum impact to operation
To maintain VICO boundary from illegal occupation

Land Acquisition Staff - Security & External

Responsibilities:

To perform external assessment for new location to anticipate any social issues.
To update land acquisition and overlapping data on monthly basis.
To provide land re-boundary work program prioritized on critical areas and prepare the contract with third party.
Working together with related parties in handling overlapping issue (coal, plantation, forestry).
To perform risk analysis on social issues, including claims & complaints.

Requirements:

S1 in Geodetic Engineer is an advantage with minimum GPA 2.75.
Has experience in community and government relation.
Ability to identify characterisitics of community.
Work with Land Acquisition team in carried out land acquisition program, especially in CBM's acquired area. Secure VICO land boundary from illegal occupation and ensure that re-boundary program for VICO's acquired land is conducted, then to incorporate the data into existing survey database.
Ability to work independently.
Understanding land and environmental regulation .
Understanding local languange and culture.
Proactive and have "can do" and "strive for excellence" attitude.
